This Georg Jensen sterling silver footed bowl is 13 cm tall, 14.5 cm in diameter and weighs 302 grams. It is marked with the Georg Jensen hallmark used since 1945 as well as the designer’s initials. 'Louvre' is a stunning design by Georg Jensen which features a large bowl with brilliant surface hammering. A slightly flared rim with a lightly undulating edge is scored with groups of four vertical lines. This wonderful bowl is supported by organic representations of flowing leaves with berries at their base and flower stems with bold sphere-shaped buds. The pedestal base is also beautifully formed with a hammered surface.
